Which option is right for me?

Choose a Brand Kit when you want to look established quickly with guided personalization. Choose Bespoke when you need deep strategy, custom identity, messaging, implementation, and hands‑on creative direction.

Do you work with clients outside Atlanta?

Yes. While our atelier is in Buckhead, Atlanta, we serve clients worldwide via virtual consultations.

Process & timelines

How long does the process take?

Brand Kits are delivered in 5–7 business days once your brief is complete. Bespoke timelines range from 4–16 weeks depending on scope and service tier. What is your process?

Every engagement follows a simple, high‑touch flow: discovery and brand strategy, creative development and refinements, delivery of organized files and guidelines, and implementation support matched to your package.

Deliverables & files

What will I receive?

Deliverables are tailored to the service level. Typical inclusions are a multi‑variation logo system with brand marks, a color and typography system, business collateral and social templates, optional brand patterns or iconography, comprehensive guidelines, and complete print‑ready and digital file suites (AI, EPS, SVG, PDF, PNG, JPG).

Will I get editable templates?


Yes. Select packages include editable templates and implementation resources. Where applicable, mockups and templates are optimized for Canva Pro and Adobe use.

Usage rights & licensing

Do I own my brand?


Yes. You receive broad commercial usage rights to the final delivered assets.

What about fonts?

We provide recommended font families and direct licensing links. Any required font licenses are purchased separately to comply with type foundry terms.

Can others purchase the same Brand Kit design?

Our collections are intentionally limited. When a collection reaches its cap, it is retired permanently to preserve exclusivity.

Do you offer payment plans?

Yes. Brand Kits offer multi‑month installments with a modest processing fee. Bespoke projects use staged payments aligned to milestones.

Revisions, support, & guarantees

How many revisions are included?

Revisions are included per package level. Additional refinements can be added on an hourly basis or via VIP Day.

Do you provide support after delivery?

Yes. Brand Kits include email support. Bespoke projects include a post‑launch support window, with optional ongoing stewardship retainers for continued evolution.

What is your refund policy?

Due to the strategic and digital nature of our work, purchases are non‑refundable. We collaborate closely throughout to ensure alignment.
